We’re a local, family-owned florist serving all of Westchester County, including NY cities of The Bronx, White Plains, Yonkers and Valhalla; and CT cities of Stamford and Greenwich.
Frequent Asked Questions about Flower Orders
Question: Will my flowers look exactly as they are pictured? We will always try our best to match the images of our products but sometimes we may not be able due to seasonal availability. Also, on holidays and other busy times our inventory can get low. We will always try to match the same color scheme and arrangement value. If you have an arrangement you feel didn’t meet your standards, please give us a call at (914) 664-0035. We will be sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your purchase.
Question: When will my order arrive? Your order will arrive on the chosen delivery date anywhere from 9am to 7pm. If you would like a set time or a three-hour window, check out some of our add-on delivery options. Please note that our Same-Day Delivery cut off is 3pm. Any orders placed after will be delivered next day.
Question: What is your return policy? We do not accept returns on fresh products. If a product is damaged or delivered incorrectly, please call our shop at (914) 664-0035. We will accept hard good returns up to 14 days after purchase. Please visit or call our shop for any additional return questions.
Question: What’s the Same-Day delivery deadline? We can only guarantee same-day delivery on orders that were placed before 3pm. Any orders after 3pm will be delivered next day.
Question: Can I pick a time for my order to be delivered? We offer two specialty delivery options for a fee. We offer three-hour delivery windows for an additional $9.99. These times are 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm or 3pm to 6pm. If you are working with a tight schedule we will deliver at an exact time for a $39.99 fee.
Question: Can I customize an existing product? We can customize any of our products, just call (914) 664-0035 or visit our store located at 537 E 3rd St. Mt. Vernon, NY 10553 to place your order!
Question: What if my flowers were delivered damaged? We stand by every product that we deliver. If your arrangement was delivered damaged just call the store at (914) 664-0035 so we can schedule a pick up and redelivery at no extra charge.
Question: How do I add a message with my order? A message is included in every arrangement and can be customized during the ordering process.

Question: Do I have to assemble the arrangement myself? Unless specifically requested, all our flower arrangements come assembled and ready to be enjoyed!
Question: Is the vase or pot included? Yes! The vase or pot pictured are included in the price with all our arrangements.
Question: Where should I place my flowers in my home? To keep your flower arrangement happy and healthy you will want to keep them away from heat and bright light. Maybe a spot on your kitchen table?
Question: What flowers are safe for my pet? We are all concerned for our furry friends, especially ones who will eat anything. Some safe flowers for your pet will be roses, gerbera daisies, orchids and sunflowers. If you are concerned about flowers you have in your home, try sprinkling cinnamon on the flowers to deter your pets.
Question: Do you sell plants? Yes, we have a wide variety of seasonal plants. If nothing on our website fits your vision, please come into our store for a bigger selection.
Question: What flowers can I buy for someone with allergies? If the person you are ordering flowers for is a bit sensitive we suggest lilies, roses or tulips. If still in doubt look at some of our plant or succulent selections.
Question: What flower can I send to the hospital? If you want to send some get well soon flowers to a hospital we suggest going with allergy friendly arrangements. Some hospitals will have flower policies so if in doubt, check with the hospital.
